We collect your personal information when you actively provide it to us. We may automatically collect personal information from you as you use our Apps and Services, including recording communications, when enabled.

Purpose of Processing: We will normally collect personal information to perform a contract with you or to provide our Services.

AI Data Usage: Rogue River Property Management llc does not use customer personal data to train AI models and does not allow third parties to use customer personal data to train their AI models.

Data Processor/Customer Content: When processing the content of communications such as voicemails, faxes, recordings, etc. we do so on behalf of our Customers and in accordance with their instructions.
